Acceptable use

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all Techimax products, platforms, and services - and is incorporated into customer agreements by reference.

Customers may not use Techimax services to (a) violate applicable law, (b) infringe intellectual property rights, (c) generate harmful or deceptive content at scale, (d) attempt to bypass safety controls or evals, or (e) operate workloads that materially harm individuals or third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend services that violate this policy, with notice where practical. Repeated or severe violations may result in termination of services consistent with the customer agreement.
